HEC Invites Applications For Research Awards 2021
The Higher Education Commission called upon Pakistani researchers and scholars to send applications for the HEC Research Awards 2021.
The awards seek to recognize and honor achievement in science and to obtain better impact publications.
The 2021 awards will be given in the following three categories according to the details:
- Best researcher
- Best young researcher
- Best publication
The winners of the first two categories will get a cash reward of Rs. 0.5 million each, while Rs. 1 million will be awarded to the winner of the last category.
The three board disciplinary domains for the awards 2021 are:
- Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Law, Education, Management, or Public Policy
- Physical Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary Sciences
The deadline for the submission of of 2021 awards is 1st Feb 2021.
Note: Applicants who have been blacklisted by HEC last year for the plagiarized research work are ineligible to apply.
